Every day, we are learning to build a resilient spirit. In this past year, we have all had to rearrange how we organize our life, confront stark new changes in our daily actions, and lean on our personal communities for stability. The youth at Friends of the Children-Portland are resiliency experts. For over 27 years, Friends of the Children-Portland has been working with the youth we serve to build their resilience and the resilience of our community. We do this through the power of relationships, skill building, and developing personal core assets that will lift us in times of crisis.

Friend Raiser is a celebration of the resilience of our youth, their families, and our community, and the strength and hope we find when we persevere together.
